State lawmakers approve $63 million in ARPA, PREP funds for Chamber supported OKC projects
During a special session of the Oklahoma Legislature held September 28-29, state lawmakers appropriated more than $1.5 billion for 45 projects under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). The legislature also approved $250 million for projects under the state’s Progressing Rural Economic Prosperity (PREP) fund. All three projects actively supported by the Chamber, totaling $63 million, were approved.
